The goal of the project is to create an intuitive and highly customizable metasearch system, using the Metalib X-Server, WorldCat API, and other services. Xerxes utilizes Metalib's knowledgebase and search capabilities, but provides its own interface and saved-record functionality in order to give you complete control over how your metasearch system looks and behaves.
